Example of Hidden Data: Tracked Changes
Tracked Changes are often Invisible. Below are two snapshots of the same file. On the left, "View Markup" is turned OFF so the revision history is invisible, but it's still embedded in the document and easy for others to find. SendShield catches Tracked Changes and other hidden data in your Word files before you email them.

Example of Hidden Data: Charts
Most people like including charts in their presentations. However, when pasted from an Excel file, these charts often contain the entire spreadsheet from which the chart was created. On the surface the chart on the left looks harmless, but double-click on it and all your data (right) is revealed! SendShield catches embedded Excel files and other data in your PowerPoint presentations before you email them.

Example of Hidden Data: "Hidden" Rows or Columns
How often have you sent or received an Excel file containing hidden rows, columns and sheets? We are guessing it's more often than you think. Hidden areas inside Excel are hard to spot and often contain more information than you want to share, like the one on the left. On the right, that area is un-hidden. SendShield discovers forgotten data in your Excel file so you don't have to.
